Come enjoy the fishing in Amelia Island backwaters with Capt. Scott in his roomy 21 foot Shoalwater Catamaran. This boat has an eight foot four inch beam and only drafts eight inches of water. Skinny water is no problem with this boat as it will run in as little as four inches of water. Capt. Scott specializes in red fish and spotted sea trout. You will also catch tarpon, sharks, flounder, black drum, and jack crevalle in the water surrounding the historical Fernandina Beach-Amelia Island area. We supply all rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, and fishing license for backwater fishing trips. Backwater fishing trips can accommodate up to four people.
Amelia Island offers a variety of birds and wildlife
in its tidal marsh areas to view and photograph
such as manatees, dolphins, otters, raccoons, ospreys, egrets, herons, ibis, spoonbills, sandpipers, oystercatchers, skimmers and pelicans.
